Sound the uterus to obtain information on the direction and depth of the uterine cavity
Introduce the inserter until you feel that the tip making contact with the fundus
Keep the inserter in contact with the fundus by pressing the plunger forward with the thumb
Press the button now and move the plunger forward gently and slowly. Feel the anchor penetrating the uterine muscle
Release the thread while keeping the inserter firmly against the fundus with the thumb
Remove the inserter as shown on the video film (rotating movements)
Trim the thread with sharp scissors
IMPORTANT NOTES:

Abstain from intercourse or from the use of tampons for approximately 5 days
